CANNABIS AND CAFFEINE: 5 TIPS FOR ENJOYING WEED AND COFFEE TOGETHER

Cannabis and Caffeine seem like a mating made in heaven. Excellent for a wake and bake, ideally it can offer a psychoactive effect of homegrown cannabis with the spirit of caffeine. Weed and coffee is yet a new combo that has yet to be fully examined commercially and in the mainstream.

Promptly we can experience floating in a sea of pleasant aromas and feelings, similar to a subtle combo of wine and cheese. But the blending has to be taken with caution, as the chemistry is still growing in on how the two chemically fuse in our brains and the effect that actually can have on our bodies.

Tip No.1: Understanding The Science Behind Cannabis And Caffeine Combo.

Before diving into how to match cannabis and caffeine, it’s best to understand the science behind the combination. Having even a little knowledge of the two substances can make a big factor in enjoying the "uppers" and "downers" effect of the combo.

A study was done to define the effects of cannabis and caffeine when taken together. In the research, a subject was given caffeine and could get themselves "high" by drawing a lever, which triggered an intravenous release of THC from cannabis.

Caffeine hinders the neurotransmitter receptor for the chemical adenosine, which when obstructed it causes our body to become more alert. The study noticed small amounts of caffeine blocked the receptors, which caused the subject to stop serving THC, but a lot of caffeine blocked the receptors, causing them to increase their use of THC. Thus, the volume of caffeine one consumes could contribute to the quantity of cannabis we want to take. In conclusion, another cause of caution in mixing caffeine and cannabis is that caffeine may influence the effects of cannabis. So, to enjoy the moment, drink responsibly and moderately.

Tip No. 2: Wake and Bake.

The best way to enjoy cannabis and caffeine would regularly be a wake and bake, which is to take cannabis to start our day. While many actions can be done after fusing caffeine and cannabis, we have noticed that one that has some slight activity to it, and with amazing creativity, takes the most advantage of the effects of the combo. It's like balancing our mind and body to start a great day.

Tip No. 3: Choosing The Best Coffee Blend And Weed Strain.

If we want a truly enjoy cannabis and caffeine combo, find a strain and blend of coffee whose flavors complement each other. An earthy cannabis strain should pair well with a bold coffee. A pungy strain works well with mild coffee.

It is a good idea for choosing a hybrid strain of weed to balance the warming effect of the coffee. A hybrid strain will give us enthusiasm and creativity, while also softened the motive of the caffeine, without overloading it.

For the coffee, it is recommended to get the most out of its flavor. A French press or pour over should do the trick. For cannabis, there’s something an etiquette of smoking a joint while drinking a coffee that gets us but also considers vaping to get the most of the cannabis’ flavor.

Tip No.4 Enjoy the preparation.

As you prepare, take in the aromas of both the coffee and the weed, practice on how they blend together. Make it a thoughtful experience. Once you’ve smoked and sipped, go about a task to finish and take full advantage of the creative drive it might give you.

Tip No.5 Iced Coffee

One of the most ideal things about when it gets warm is the experience to enjoy a fine glass of iced coffee. Nothing is more enjoyable on a hot morning than rising up with a cup of iced coffee in hand as a route of starting off the day right. Of course, the experience would be awesome if we will add a "kick" on our daily iced coffee routine.

There are some ways to make the most out of our iced coffee, such as freezing milk into ice cube trays. The other one is to freeze coffee into cubes as a means of not watering down the drinks. Now, for the ultimate bliss "the weed". Finely chopped or grind fresh cannabis buds and strain in hot water over a glass. Add the iced coffee and milk cubes and start the day with the cool power of cannabis and caffeine.

Conclusion

If anything can be learned from these tips, it’s that coffee and cannabis do have an intimate link in our chemistry which should be valued, leading us to suggest taking it slow and easy if trying with coffee and cannabis.

While science is still being concluded on the matter, the two flavors can be pretty enjoyable to have mutually and are excellent for some experimentation. Take the time to place your purpose before preparing coffee and cannabis to obtain the most out of the experience.

Furthermore, science is still growing in on how cannabis and caffeine combo, it is a smart way to proceed with caution. However, having a brew and bud combo may one day be as usual as going to a bar, and there is a safe world that can be explored in terms of how the flavors set together.
